Lea Caren Chilcote- Topliff now lives in Sandy, Oregon. Lea Caren's schools include Cleveland High School; Cosmetology license in 1961 from College of Beauty in Hollywood district; Earned an AA in journalism at Mt. Hood Community College. I married in 1962, had two biological children, 2 adopted children, and 19 foster children over a period of several years. y actively involved in local political and social issues and dabble in painting and writing. The dog is the fourth beagle that has claimed my heart over the years. When I was in high school my last name was Chilcote. I was a class of 1959. graduate, My yearbooks have my photo, but the onlines don't for some odd reason.
